The New Layout

I don’t know what was the sudden urge in me to fix my layout… I
guess… its the fact that I haven’t changed it in almost 2 years. The
Background, I semi made, it was derived from someone else’s background
I found, when I was googling for ideas.

I hope you would enjoy this song I specifically chosen to put on for
this entry, as I have recently grown to fall in love with it.

The Title: Call Me When You Are Not Busy

Singer: Lydia

Language: Thai

Just for keeps, here is a screen shot of my last xanga layout. sorry, didn’t make a copy of the  background with the Jay Chou one…

I am also working on a music player, which should be up and running by the end of this week 🙂

Marriage age quiz

did this fun quiz here: http://astro.lady.qq.com/a/20050910/000001.htm

and got this…

C類型 : 二十五~三十歲左右結婚型
  你是相當保守傳統的人,在你的觀念中女人必須要在二十五歲左右結婚生子,不然會好像嫁不出去一樣覺得很沒面子,因此在就學、工作時,就很留意周遭的異性朋友,用盡全力去達成人生中最重要的結婚目標;
  婚后的你是一個賢妻良母,隻是要注意的是,由於你太會想像結婚了,所以容易被有心人欺騙,可要特別小心 !即時很想嫁人,但也不要寫在臉上

I don’t know if it is exactly accurate because, there were some questions I didn’t know what they were asking for…

but…OMG! haha, I could say I’m happy! 🙂
hehe: try it!
(ps. leave a comment about what you got 🙂 )
sorry, it had to be in Chinese…

Letting go, or not letting go?

Lilian: if this is meant to be…. let it be… if not.. life goes on

Me:  true, but sometimes, its not that easy

Thought I should let me discussion kick off with a little convo…

Sometimes, it is so easy to say to someone to let go, but is it really
that easy? when we, ourselves, are faced with the same problems, are we
also able to let go? It really depends… like… its “selective".
after commenting this on Lil’s xanga, I thought… right… but is it
really easy?

UTSC UTSG or UTM?

HAPPY Belated Chinese Midautumn!

During the summer, as probably a lot of you might know, I went to University of Toronto’s St. George campus to study. According to most, they prefer going to St. George to study, because it seemingly has a better reputation, and… its the MAIN campus, but after going there for the summer, I thought otherwise…

here is Why I think UTSC is the best campus out of the other U of T Campuses

1. We have our own computer system (eg. intranet)
2. We get our own email accounts ( 05ngstep@utsc.utoronto.ca)
3. We get to use the U of T email accounts (steph.ng@utoronto.ca)
4. We ourselves, could make a own university without relying on UTSG all the time
5. We have more new buildings
6. The people here are so much nicer
7. We are granted accessibility to all of University of Toronto’s resources (eg. libraries, events)
8. We have more different joint programs
9. We have co-op programs
10. we get to say: “I graduated in University of TOronto" or “I graduated from University of Toronto at Scarborough (Scarborough Campus)
11. We get to live the life of both the University student and the high school student, which ever one we prefer.
12. Our classrooms are so much high tech than those in St. George, (can’t comment on Mississauga, cause I haven’t been there) There is a projector in every class/room in UTSC, with portable mics 🙂
13. Our Profs are so much sincere than those of St. George

^ So, who would actually need to go to St. George? 🙂 c’mon be proud to be all you St. George student wannabes! UTSC is just as great, and greater

Quoting

“If someone is stupid*, is it legal to kill them?"

haha, this sounds quite funny, but actually, I am really serious, just as I was thinking over some things today (yes, I seem to have a nactic to think these days)

Honestly, some people just drive me insane!! ):(

WHEE!! yeah!! today is my first time using my utoronto.ca email… I don’t know why, but I felt the need to log in and check it out! 🙂 it looks totally amazing!! maybe I should switch to it? my address is: steph.ng@utoronto.ca I feel so proud saying that, don’t ask why 😛

wish I could talk more, but I gotta finish up my International Studies’ assignment…. Ciao! 🙂

(I might edit this entry, so it doesn’t seem complete… don’t know yet)

*stupid: meaning someone, who isn’t stupid, as in academically or unknowledgeable, but intellectually stupid…
